Setup & Teardown
30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your booking are included for setup and teardown at no additional charge.
Real Talk: When We Can Host You
The Flamingo Lounge sometimes does double-duty for us. Honest restrictions:
- July & August: No AC. Dog days are out.
- Friday & Saturday nights, mid-September through February: When the patio's closed for the season, we need the Flamingo as main-bar overflow.
- Tuesday nights: Typically packed — we usually need the room. Shoulder-season exceptions possible; ask.
Spring through early September is wide open. Off-season weeknights (Mon, Wed, Thu, Sun) work great too. Got a date in mind? Email Mollie — she'll tell you straight.
Outside Food
Bringing your own food? Outside food fee is $150, deducted from your $500 minimum spend. Or order from our kitchen menu through your dedicated server.
BYO DJ & Music
Bring your own DJ, plug in your phone, or run your own playlist. The Flamingo Lounge has a speaker with aux cord ready to go.
Service Charge
A 20% service charge is added to all bookings.
